Working Classroom and the National Hispanic Cultural Center present the world premiere of A Light in my Soul , a new play developed in collaboration with the New York-based Tectonic Theater Project, playwright Leigh Fondakowski, and director Krista DeNio. A Light in my Soul is a visually stunning dramtatic interpretation of the history and culture of New Mexico's conversos or crypto-Jews. Based on interviews with conversos, rabbis, priests and academics using methods developed by Moises Kaufman and Tectonic Theater Project.
